Terms and conditions

1. Who sells. veeraweaves.in is run by Sudha Enterprises, trading as Veera Weaves (see Contact).

2. Who can buy. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. Products. We describe each saree as accurately as we can, with photos taken in natural light. Colours can look slightly different on your screen. We describe a saree as handloom, pure silk or any other protected term only where we have verified it.

4. Prices. All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. The total, including shipping, is shown before you pay.

5. Orders and payment. An order is confirmed when your payment is successful and we send you a confirmation email. Payment is processed by our gateway. We can cancel an order and refund you in full if a saree is unavailable or a listing price is clearly wrong.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered in the Shipping Policy and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy (see Shipping and Returns), which form part of these terms.

7. Our content. The photos, text and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

8. Liability. We are responsible for the sarees we sell as described in these policies and under Indian consumer law. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or courier strikes.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Indian law. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
