Who we are. Sudha Enterprises, trading as Veera Weaves ("we"), is responsible for your personal data. Contact: support@veeraweaves.in.

What we collect. Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details. We also keep records of your messages to us.

Customer accounts. You can browse sarees and add them to your bag without signing in. Sign-in with Google or an email code is required before checkout. We keep your verified email, profile name, account orders and any delivery addresses you choose to save. With Google sign-in we also keep Google's account identifier so we can recognise your account; we do not request access to your email inbox, contacts or files. Email sign-in codes are sent through Resend. We do not store a customer password. Our sign-in page explains account creation before you continue. Account-owned order history is available only to the signed-in account; previous guest orders are not automatically attached using an email match.

Sign-in security and cookies. We use an essential, protected session cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days, plus a temporary sign-in cookie for up to 20 minutes. You can sign out on one device or all devices. We store a hash of session tokens and email verification codes. Codes and sign-in attempts expire after 10 minutes, and expired sign-in records are removed by our scheduled cleanup. To limit sign-in abuse, we keep hashed network/email identifiers and attempt times for up to one day. We do not use these cookies for advertising.

WhatsApp order enquiries. While online payments are unavailable, you may create a WhatsApp enquiry after signing in. We save its item, price, contact and delivery details so you and our admin can review it. The enquiry does not reserve stock or confirm payment. Opening WhatsApp includes these details in a pre-filled message; you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp processes the details under its own privacy terms. Website enquiry drafts are removed after 30 days or when you delete your account. This does not delete messages already sent in WhatsApp. Confirm availability and prepaid payment instructions with our team before paying.

Account choices. You can change your profile name and edit or remove saved delivery addresses in your account. At checkout, saving a new address is optional and the choice starts unticked. You can delete your account from Sign-in & security after confirming your choice. This removes your profile email and name, saved addresses, Google sign-in link and all sign-in sessions. A minimal anonymous account reference is kept so retained order links remain private. Existing orders are not cancelled; order, delivery and payment records remain for fulfilment, refunds and required record keeping. A new account does not regain the deleted account’s order history. You can also contact support@veeraweaves.in about data deletion. Removing an address does not change the address recorded for an earlier order. Order and tax records may still need to be retained as described below.

What we do not collect. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment gateway on their own secure page.

Why we use it. To confirm and deliver your orders, send tracking updates, handle refunds and support requests, and keep records we must keep by law. We ask for your consent before using your data for anything else, such as offers.

Who we share it with. Only the people who need it to serve you: our payment gateway, our courier and shipping partner (name, phone, address), and our website hosting and email providers. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it for the purposes above. We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights. You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email support@veeraweaves.in. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Security. We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access. To protect the shop's admin area, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the network address behind failed admin login attempts for up to one day. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Children. Our site is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Complaints. Write to our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal).

Changes. We will post changes on this page with a new date.
