Shipping policy

Payment and orders. All orders on veeraweaves.in are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Dispatch. We dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after payment is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time. Your order usually arrives 4-8 working days after dispatch. Remote locations and festival periods can take longer. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Shipping charges. Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your cart before you pay. We never add charges after payment.

Couriers. We ship through courier partners such as Delhivery, booked via Shiprocket.

Pincode check. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm we deliver there. If a pincode is not served, you'll see a message before you pay.

Your address. Please give a complete and correct address and a phone number that is reachable. Couriers phone before delivery.

Failed delivery. The courier makes up to 3 attempts. If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete or nobody was available, you can choose to:

1. have us ship it again after you pay the shipping charge once more, or
2. get a refund of what you paid minus the shipping charges.

Delays and lost parcels. If tracking shows your parcel is lost, or it has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, write to support@veeraweaves.in. We will either send a replacement or refund you in full. We do not wait for the courier to settle with us first.
